1. 서비스 개요

UnfollowLens("서비스")는 사용자가 Instagram에서 다운로드한 데이터 파일을 분석하여 맞팔로우하지 않는 계정을 식별하는 무료 웹 서비스입니다.

2. 서비스 이용 동의

본 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 다음 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다:

3. 서비스 이용 조건

서비스 이용 시 다음 조건을 준수해야 합니다:

본인의 Instagram 계정 데이터만 업로드할 것
타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집하거나 사용하지 않을 것
서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용하지 않을 것
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하지 않을 것
자동화된 방법으로 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주지 않을 것

4. 지적 재산권

UnfollowLens 서비스의 모든 콘텐츠, 디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어는 운영자의 재산이며 저작권법의 보호를 받습니다. 사전 서면 동의 없이 복제, 수정, 배포할 수 없습니다.

5. 면책 조항

서비스 운영자는 다음에 대해 책임지지 않습니다:

서비스 이용으로 인한 직접적 또는 간접적 손해
서비스의 일시적 중단 또는 오류
사용자가 업로드한 데이터의 정확성
Instagram 정책 변경으로 인한 서비스 제한
제3자 서비스(Instagram, Google AdSense 등)의 문제

6. 서비스 제공 방식

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
